Our
Arctic Char
Savor this great arctic delicacy.Wild caught, sustainably fished in the coldest and most remote waters in Nunavut's northern Canadian Arctic.
Arctic Char is similar to salmon or trout, but has a milder, more delicate flavor. It has a fine-flaking, yet medium-firm flesh with coloring varying from light pink to deep red.
To ensure freshness, the Arctic Chars are flash frozen when caught during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until purchased so the flavor and beneficial oils are naturally preserved.
The Arctic Chars are harvested using sustainable methods with minimal disturbance to the environment and harvested according to quotas set by Fisheries & Oceans Canada. Processed at a CFIA certified facility in Nunavut.

Elk
Savor this tasty and healthy delicacy.Elk meat is lean, tender and is a delicious,full-flavoured red meat with a hint of sweetness; it is not gamey in flavour. It is low in fat and cholesterol, high in protein, iron, and vitamin B. We provide only the highest quality, all natural, without hormones and antibiotics.
The Elks are provided a comfortable, natural environment within fenced paddocks. They are on natural grass pastures during the summer and fed local round bales of hay through the winter.
